B.Uncle: "Curious are you? Bian Lian in Chinese~
Bian means "change" and Lian means "face". The art of switching masks at lightening speed, by magic.
Uncle, "We are all Face Changers."

C. Niece: "What do you mean? We are all "Face Changers"?

Part 2 Life Changes
1~Uncle: When we are born we are round and soft

2~When we are a child our eyes grow bright and inquiring

3~When we are teens we start to shave

4~or wear makeup

5~When we are a young adult we begin to look for our fortune in life

6~When we have children of our own we get wrinkles and gray hair, ha ha ha~~

7~When we are grandmothers

8~and grandfathers

9~we have the face of a

wise old owl who has seen many things and been on many journeys

Part 3 Emotions
1~When we are happy we glow like a baby in gold and pink sky colors

2~When we are angry we are like a red hot fire

3~When we are sad we are like a dark black cave

4~When we are calm we are like a cool blue pool

6~When we are at peace we are like a rainbow

5~When we are worried we are like a thunder and lightening storm blowing our thoughts up and down and out of our control.

Part 4 Legends

Part 5 Modern Bian Lian Master
Uncle: There are only a few artists practicing this tradition today.
One such artist is Majinga the Magician who studied this art during his travels to China.

Bian Lian mastery takes many years and the skills are "magic" and heavily guarded in the small circle of people who know Bian Lian.
Bian Lian Master Majinga has his own interpretation which celebrates the union of Emotion, Life Changes and Legendary Characters.
